Refund Policy


We want you to love what you receive. If there’s an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct item and provide return instructions for the incorrect product.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

Return Requirements:

Must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.



Cancellation Policy


Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving your item.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at BUSINESS@purelyfly.com

Shipping 
To return your product send us an email at Business@purelyfly.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
